Zone 10: Aromatic Plants

There are about 50 species of aromatic plants available in the park. The aromatic plants are in the form of trees, shrubs, herbs, climbers, creepers and epiphytes. The sweet aroma usually originates from different parts of the plant such as flowers, leaves, barks, fruits, latex or roots. Examples: Ocimum scantum L. and Cymbopogon citrates (DC) Stapf.
