Zone 4: Traditional Salads

Traditional salads are fresh leaves or soft stems that can be directly consumed with flavoured dips. Traditional salads in this conservatory park consist of about 50 species collected from the forest and local vegetable gardens. Examples: Cosmos caudatus H. B. & K. , Connarus semidecandrus Jack. and Morinda citrifolia L.
