Education and work history

Associate Professor Dr Yaya Rukayadi’s primary research interest is in the field of Food Microbiology, and Microbiological Food Safety and Natural Products. He spent 13 years in Yonsei University, Korea as a Research Professor. In the year 2011 he joined UPM as an Associate Professor and continued to actively pursue research at Institute of Bioscience.
