Education and work history

Professor Dr Muhammad Nazrul Hakim’s primary research interest is in the field of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Physiology, Ethnopharmacology (Herb Pharmacology) and cancer research. In academics, his lectures involve teaching mainly of Pharmacology for Medical, Biomedical and Veterinary students, Toxicology for Biomedical and Veterinary students. He also lectured in Physiology to Nutrition, Dietetic and Environmental/Occupational health students. He also developed course such as Ethnopharmacology, Biochemical Toxicology, Molecular Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Drug Metabolism and Molecular Toxicology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
